Notes: This 3/2/2 is located in Aurora east of I-225 off of Mississippi. I really enjoyed the project and it went really quickly. The only bummer is that our buyers’ financing fell through 4 TIMES! We finally closed and everyone was happy but we definitely learned our lesson- credit markets are tight!
